Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number (optional), business name and business type when you join the waitlist, create an account or contact support.
• Quote information: the quotes, estimates, attachments and emails you send or forward to your QuoteRevive inbox, including your customers' names, email addresses, phone numbers, job details and amounts.
• Messages: follow-up emails sent through the service and replies your customers send back.
• Billing information: handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
• Usage and device information: pages viewed, features used, browser type, IP address and similar data collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use information

• To provide the service: read your quotes, write and send follow-ups on your behalf, detect and sort replies, and show your dashboard.
• To communicate with you about your account, the Founding 100 beta, product updates and support.
• To improve, secure and troubleshoot the service.
• To process payments and prevent fraud.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Artificial intelligence

We use third-party AI providers to read quotes, draft follow-up messages and classify replies. Quote and message content is sent to these providers only to perform those tasks for you. We do not sell your data, and we do not allow our AI providers to use your content to train their models where we can contractually prevent it.

Your customers' information

When you add a quote, you provide us with your customers' contact details and job information. You are responsible for having the right to contact your customers and to share their information with us. We process that information only on your instructions to provide the service, and we never sell it or use it to market to your customers.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers who help us run QuoteRevive, such as hosting, database, email delivery, AI processing, payment processing, customer relationship management and analytics providers, and only as needed for them to do that work. We may also share information if required by law, to protect our rights or users, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. We do not sell personal information.

Email and text messages

If you join the waitlist, we will email you about QuoteRevive AI. If you provide a phone number and agree to receive texts, we may send account and launch updates by text. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help, and use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Every follow-up the service sends to your customers includes a way for them to opt out, and we honor opt-outs promptly.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Data retention

We keep account and quote information while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting and security needs. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit, to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your information by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor requests as the law requires.

Children

QuoteRevive AI is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
