The Service

QuoteRevive AI helps businesses follow up on quotes and estimates. You send or forward quotes to your QuoteRevive inbox, and the Service uses artificial intelligence to read them, write follow-up messages, send them on your behalf, and notify you of replies.

Accounts

You must be at least 18 and using the Service for business purposes. You are responsible for your account, keeping your login secure, and all activity under it. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Founding 100 beta and pricing

• A valid payment card is required to start a free trial. Founding 100 members receive a 10-day free trial.
• Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your card will be charged automatically at the end of the trial and then monthly. Founding members are charged $19 per month, locked while their subscription stays active. The regular price is $49 per month.
• We will send a reminder before your trial ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
• The Service is in beta. Features may change, and occasional bugs or interruptions may occur. We may change regular pricing with advance notice.

Your responsibilities

You agree to use the Service lawfully and only to follow up with people who requested a quote from you or with whom you have an existing business relationship. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your messages, including the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and applicable privacy laws. You will not use the Service to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or deceptive, harassing or illegal content, and you will not interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.

Your content

You keep ownership of the quotes, customer information and other content you provide ("Your Content"). You give us permission to use Your Content only as needed to provide, maintain and improve the Service for you. You confirm you have the rights and consents needed to share Your Content with us.

AI-generated messages

Follow-up messages are drafted by AI based on your quotes and settings. You can review messages before they are sent or let them send automatically. You are responsible for messages sent from your account, and you should review your settings and drafts. AI output may sometimes be inaccurate, and we do not guarantee any particular result, reply rate or sales outcome.

Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers such as email delivery, AI, hosting and payment processors. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their terms.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or create risk or legal exposure for us or others. On termination, you can request an export of Your Content within 30 days, after which we may delete it.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that every message will be delivered.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuoteRevive will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold QuoteRevive harmless from claims arising out of Your Content, the messages sent from your account, or your violation of these Terms or the law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version here and notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
